I never thought I'd end up writing a journal, but here goes...

Well, my brother came over yesterday and asked me if he could have my Nikon D60. I asked him if it was for a good reason (he's an incredibly talented photographer currently at Uni) and he answered, "Yes"

So I grab it out for him and hand it over with a smile saying, "Take it Bro, put it to good use"

He then proceeds to tell me to open the gym bag he's brought over. In it is a brand new Nikon D90! He tells me it's mine to say thanks for being an awesome big brother and for being me Words cannot explain my happiness! Not just because of the gift, but because of the meaning behind it and the fact he doesn't really have spending money

It has so many buttons and stuff... it's like the Starship Enterprise LOL. I frigging love it though. It's intuitive button setup is great, the HDR bracketing is awesome and something I've wanted for a while, and it even does video recording. The clarity is even better than the D60

I'm stoked!
